Terms of Use

Version #1: In the BEFORE activity (prior to your CBI), learners will match cut/paste images to identify the difference between professional & casual wear as well as expected & unexpected nonverbal communication during an interview. Learners will circle answer two questions focused on interview readiness skills and possible regulation tools when in an interview. In the DURING activity, learners will cut/paste professional wear clothing items they plan to search for at the thrift store. They will check off the item once found. Learners are expected to find items in their size! For the AFTER activity, learners will answer circle review questions and participate in a class & partner discussion.

Version #2: In the BEFORE activity, learners will identify professional & casual wear as well as expected & unexpected nonverbal communication during an interview by circling provided images. Learners will match descriptions to images to decipher helpful interview/employment readiness skills. Learners will write responses for possible regulation tools during an interview. In the DURING activity, learners will write down professional wear clothing items they plan to search for at the thrift store. Learners will record the cost of items (staying within a $40 pretend budget) and are expected to find items in their size! For the AFTER activity, learners will answer review questions focused on total cost, next dollar up, budgeting and emotions. Learners will also participate in class & partner discussions.

Version #3: In the BEFORE activity, learners will identify and write down professional & casual wear items as well as expected & unexpected nonverbal communication found in an interview. Learners will match descriptions to images to decipher helpful interview/employment readiness skills. Learners will write responses for possible regulation tools during an interview. In the DURING activity, learners will write down professional wear clothing items they plan to search for at the thrift store.
