Restaurant Menu & Dining Etiquette SPED Community Based Instruction (CBI)
Put your learners skills to the test by going to a sit-down restaurant for this community based instruction for SPED educators. Understanding the menu and dining etiquette are our baseline skills before we jump to tipping, budgeting and making healthy choices independently. Learners will identify expected and unexpected dining etiquette, practice and reflect on expected dining etiquette, identify sections of the menu, describe drink and food items located on the menu and will rate themselves and reflect on skills to improve on for future dining experiences.
